The buyer is responsible for any applicable local taxes or customs duties in their respective country.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of payment clearance. While we always strive to deliver on time, we shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or force majeure events. For international shipments, we use trusted partners like FedEx, UPS, DPD, or other air cargo services according to the buyer's preference.

Because our products are often custom manufactured based on buyer requirements, we do not accept returns unless the goods delivered are fundamentally defective or significantly deviate from the approved specifications.
